Not long ago I purchased a wireless adapter for my desktop from an electronics store. I stupidly assumed it was of high quality simply because it was expensive.

Sadly when I brought it home and put it into my PC I found that it one big defect: It screwed up my PC’s audio. I then went on the web and searched around and found that many others had experienced this same annoyance. If I had done that search before I bought it, I would have saved myself a large amount of money and time. By the way, the wireless adapter I bought is the D-Link DWA-552 Xtreme N Desktop Adapter. Obviously I cannot recommend it.
